Customer Care Officer Opportunity

Wijaya Group (Pvt) Ltd, a leading fashion retailer, is expanding its online division and seeking a Customer Care Officer to manage online inquiries and orders. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our growing online sales operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably below 27 years of age.
  • Passed GCE Advanced Level examination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to adapt to different customer personalities.
  • Excellent communication and phone handling skills. Knowledge of English, Sinhala, and Tamil is an added advantage.
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus, but school leavers are also encouraged to apply.

Working Details:

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Location: Navinna, Maharagama (On-site)
