Job Requirements:
- Preferably below 27 years of age.
- Passed GCE Advanced Level examination.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to adapt to different customer personalities.
- Excellent communication and phone handling skills. Knowledge of English, Sinhala, and Tamil is an added advantage.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus, but school leavers are also encouraged to apply.
