Qualifications & Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in banking/finance.
- Full professional qualification recognized by the Bank.
- 3+ years in credit appraisal, project financing, or leasing.
- Strong knowledge of legal frameworks, financial analysis, and property/vehicle valuation.
- Ability to make quick, effective decisions and communicate clearly.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appraise, recommend, and monitor credit facilities.
- Support branches in credit monitoring and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with branches, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with Bank and regulatory guidelines.
