Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) is seeking a talented Chief Internal Auditor to lead its Internal Audit Team. This is a prestigious role reporting directly to the Chairman, offering an opportunity to ensure compliance and drive organizational excellence.
Job Profile
- Formulate and execute internal audit programs.
- Review compliance with policies and procedures.
- Identify control weaknesses and provide actionable recommendations.
- Present audit findings to the Audit Committee, Chairman, and Board of Directors.
- Conduct ad-hoc investigations as required.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Full professional qualifications in Accountancy (Fellow Membership of ICASL) with 15+ years of post-qualifying experience.
- Experience: At least 5 years as Chief Internal Auditor or in a senior audit role.
- Age: Below 45 years (not applicable to state service employees).
