🔹 Role: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
📌 Key Responsibilities:✅ Strategic Leadership – Drive the airline’s vision, mission, and objectives.✅ Operational Management – Oversee the Company’s overall operations and resources.✅ Stakeholder Collaboration – Develop strategic partnerships to explore growth opportunities.✅ Expansion Initiatives – Lead expansion in fleet, ground handling, and MRO services.
🔹 Minimum Requirements:
✔️ 10+ years of senior management experience in a recognized international airline.✔️ Extensive knowledge of commercial aviation, including Flight Operations, Service Delivery, Engineering & Maintenance.✔️ Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualification.✔️ Master’s degree preferred.✔️ Prior experience as a CEO in an airline or large-scale organization will be an added advantage.✔️ Proven people management skills overseeing a diverse workforce.✔️ Upper age limit: Preferably 55 years as of February 28, 2025 (exceptions for outstanding candidates).✔️ Open to Sri Lankan & international applicants.✔️ Employment Type: Fixed-term contract.✔️ Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka.
