Position: Call Operations Supervisor (Inbound & Outbound – Fixed Term Contract)

Job Profile:

  • Supervise and lead a team of inbound and outbound calling agents.
  • Contribute to setting and achieving targets for individuals and teams.
  • Generate performance reports (weekly, monthly, and annual) for management.
  • Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with internal and external departments.

Applicant’s Profile:

  • Education:
    • Passed G.C.E. O/L with a “C” pass in English.
    • Passed at least one main subject at G.C.E. A/L or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years in customer service, a supervisory role, or a call center environment.
  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Strong oral and written communication skills (Trilingual proficiency is a plus).
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Tech-savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and computer programs.
    • Strong organizational, leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
    • Results-oriented mindset and ability to perform under pressure.
    • Willing to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
