Position Overview

📞 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls for policyholder support

  • Provide expert guidance on life insurance products

  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently

  • Maintain accurate call records and documentation

  • Support departmental KPIs and service standards

🎯 Requirements

✅ Part qualification in SLIM/CIM/IASL or Diploma in Marketing/Business
✅ 2+ years in call center/customer service roles
✅ Fluent English & Sinhala (Tamil an advantage)
✅ Ability to multitask under pressure
✅ Strong problem-solving skills
