📌 Job Responsibilities:
✅ Acquire new customers to grow SME-S portfolio & generate income.
✅ Manage customer queries & cross-sell for Middle Market segment.
✅ Maintain & expand relationships with existing SME customers.
✅ Cross-sell & up-sell banking products to deepen customer engagement.
✅ Ensure credit portfolio standards & manage delinquencies.
✅ Support Middle Market Client management in Business Banking.
✅ Identify potential SME business opportunities in assigned regions.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth credit processing & delivery.
📌 Candidate Requirements:
✔ Full/Part qualification in Banking, Finance, or Credit Management.
✔ 5-7 years of banking experience with credit exposure.
✔ Strong relationship management & communication skills.
✔ Excellent coordination, negotiation & planning abilities.
✔ Business acumen with goal-oriented mindset.
