Key Responsibilities:
✅ Client Acquisition & Sales: Prospect, pitch, and onboard corporate clients in the healthcare sector.
✅ End-to-End Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, and placement of medical professionals.
✅ Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
✅ Compliance & KPI-Driven Performance: Ensure adherence to recruitment standards while meeting sales and placement targets.
✅ Market Alignment: Work 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (SL Time) to sync with Australian business hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
✔ Proven experience in corporate sales, recruitment, or healthcare staffing.
✔ Strong negotiation, communication, and CRM skills (Microsoft Office proficiency).
✔ Ability to thrive in a target-driven, collaborative environment.
✔ Exceptional English fluency for client/candidate interactions.
