💼 Job Role – Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth branch operations while upholding our commitment to excellence.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead, motivate & retain a high-performing team to achieve branch objectives
✅ Oversee all branch functions, including leasing, loans, fixed deposits & savings
✅ Ensure strong credit & recovery management within the branch
✅ Identify & capitalize on market opportunities to drive business growth
✅ Manage sales, marketing & operational activities within the branch
✅ Optimize resource utilization to achieve branch profitability targets

🎯 Qualifications & Experience:

✔ 5-8 years’ experience in banking/finance as a Branch Manager
✔ Degree or professional qualifications (full/part) in Sales & Marketing, Banking & Finance, or Credit Management (preferred)
✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets (KPIs)
✔ Strong understanding of banking & finance industry regulations
✔ Excellent leadership, communication & customer service skills
✔ Age below 40 years
