Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Approximately 6–8 years of relevant experience in branch banking, preferably with exposure to credit.
  • Qualifications: A degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the bank.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent teamworking and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to grow the assigned portfolio by acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and cross-selling banking products and services.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their financial objectives and providing personalized advisory services.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly and delivering accurate information about banking products and services.
  • Financial Solutions: Recommend suitable financial solutions, including deposit products, lending facilities, investments, and wealth management services.
  • Portfolio Monitoring: Conduct regular portfolio reviews, analyze performance metrics, identify risks, and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards in all business activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline processes, resolve client issues, and enhance service delivery.
  • Business Development: Participate in networking events, promotional activities, and business development initiatives to increase the bank’s visibility and attract potential clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, client interactions, and business development activities for management review.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and banking products to provide informed and value-added advice to clients.
