Job Role:

• New Business Growth: Acquire and onboard corporate clients for health insurance and group life products.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Collaboration: Work with underwriting, claims, and operations teams for seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field.
• 3+ years in corporate sales, preferably in health/group life insurance.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
