Job Responsibilities:
✔ Provide frontline service to walk-in customers with financial product information
✔ Support CX/Call Centre operations and client servicing
✔ Manage customer documentation and e-onboarding processes
✔ Maintain accurate visitor/customer records
✔ Ensure compliance with company service standards
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-3 years experience in CRM/customer-facing roles (banking/finance preferred)
- Professional qualification in relevant field (full/part)
- Excellent communication in English + Sinhala/Tamil
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with documentation management abilities
