Assistant Manager – Collections & Recoveries Job Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Collections & Recoveries Manager to drive our fintech loan recovery operations. This leadership role offers the chance to implement innovative recovery strategies for Quick Loans, Device Loans, and Retailer Loans in a dynamic financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead end-to-end recovery operations for fintech loan products
✔ Manage outbound call center and outsourced recovery agents
✔ Develop strategies to improve monthly cure rates across all buckets
✔ Negotiate settlements for stressed accounts
✔ Collaborate with legal teams on recovery litigation
✔ Utilize data analytics to optimize recovery performance

Qualifications & Experience

✅ 5+ years in banking/finance with 3+ years in managerial recovery roles
✅ Professional qualification in Banking/Finance (Degree/Diploma)
✅ Proven team leadership abilities
✅ Data analysis skills (preferred)
✅ Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
