We seek a highly skilled Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounting to ensure compliance, financial reporting, and strategic insights. Job Role: Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Prepare audited Financial Statements compliant with SLFRS, Companies Act, and regulatory standards.
✔ Calculate impairment provisions (SLFRS 9) and provide actionable insights to management.
✔ Ensure timely submission of reports to CBSL, SEC, and other regulators.
✔ Lead Annual Report preparation with precision.
✔ Coordinate with internal/external auditors for smooth year-end audits.
✔ Manage related-party transactions and policy updates per industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
✅ ACA/ACCA or equivalent certification.
✅ 4+ years’ experience in accounting/auditing (NBFI/audit firm experience preferred).
✅ Expertise in Sri Lanka Accounting Standards (SLFRS) and regulatory compliance.
✅ Advanced MS Office and financial software proficiency.
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (English & Sinhala; Tamil a plus).
