Key Responsibilities:

✔ Transport Coordination:

  • Schedule and optimize transportation routes for efficiency.

  • Maintain vehicle logs, fuel records, and driver documentation.
    ✔ Vendor & Team Liaison:

  • Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams for timely operations.

  • Monitor vehicle maintenance to reduce downtime.
    ✔ Administrative Support:

  • Prepare reports and ensure compliance with transport regulations.

  • Assist in budget tracking and cost-control measures.

Candidate Requirements:

✅ Experience:

  • 1+ years in administration, transport coordination, or fleet management.
    ✅ Skills:

  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
    ✅ Attributes:
