Uva Wellassa University of Sri Lanka invites applications from suitably qualified individuals for the following academic positions in the Faculty of Medicine:

Departments and Preferred Specializations
- Department of Anatomy
- Preference for candidates with board certification in Surgical fields or a PhD in Anatomy or related fields.
- Department of Physiology
- Preference for candidates with board certification in Medicine fields or a PhD in Physiology-related fields.
- Department of Medical Education
- Preference for candidates with board certification in Medical Education or Health Informatics.

Remuneration and Benefits
- Lecturer (Probationary): Rs. 54,600 – 10 x 1,335 – 67,950 per month
- Lecturer (Unconfirmed): Rs. 69,580 – 5 x 1,630 – 77,730 per month
- Senior Lecturer (Grade II): Rs. 79,360 – 11 x 1,630 – 97,290 per month
- Senior Lecturer (Grade I): Rs. 91,310 – 7 x 2,170 – 106,500 per month
Additional government-approved allowances for the university system will also apply.
