About the Role:

ACBT, Sri Lanka’s pioneer in Australian higher education since 1998, is expanding its Engineering department. We seek an energetic, passionate Academic Program Coordinator to oversee curriculum development, staffing, and program quality.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Curriculum Development: Design and update Engineering course plans, unit outlines, and lesson materials.
✔ Program Management: Oversee lecturer recruitment, class scheduling, and substitute coordination.
✔ Student & Staff Coordination: Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration.
✔ Event Support: Assist in institutional events and academic initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field (Mandatory).
✅ 1–3 years of teaching or student engagement experience.
✅ 1–2 years in staff/schedule management.
✅ Tech-savvy (Moodle, Navigate, or similar platforms).
✅ Adaptable, deadline-driven, and thrives in dynamic environments.
