Job Profile
As a Phlebotomist, you will:
- Collect blood and clinical specimens from patients using appropriate technical methods and mobile collection techniques.
- Label specimens accurately for identification and enter specimen data into the system.
- Greet patients and guide them on proper specimen collection methods and preparations.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Educational Qualifications: G.C.E. O/L and a 1-year diploma in nursing from a recognized institute.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a phlebotomist role.
- Skills:
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills.
- Additional Advantage: Ability to ride a motorcycle and possession of a motorcycle license.
