Role Overview:

Join SriLankan Airlines’ Revenue Management division and gain hands-on training in Pricing and Yield Management. This role offers an opportunity to develop analytical skills and strategize to maximize passenger revenue across the airline’s network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train to maximize route revenue by analyzing passenger demand, competitive pricing, and consumer behavior.
• Understudy Flight and Pricing Analysts to implement competitive pricing strategies.
• Assist in identifying market segments and optimizing inventory for specific routes.
• Analyze trends in bookings, revenue, market dynamics, and demand patterns.
• Support the development of fare structures and demand forecasts to optimize revenue.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive innovation and improve revenue performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Mathematics, Commerce, or Statistics
  • OR a full professional qualification equivalent to a degree (CIMA, CIM, ACCA, CA).
• Eligibility:
  • Sri Lankan citizen
  • Age: Below 35 years as of 19th December 2024.
• Skills and Attributes:
  • Analytical mindset and adaptability in a competitive environment.
  • Passion for driving innovation and improving revenue performance.
