Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition:
- Lead and manage recruitment strategies to meet current and future workforce needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners like universities and recruitment agencies to enhance the talent pipeline.
- Use technology and data analytics to optimize recruitment processes.
- Competency Development:
- Oversee the development and execution of training and employee engagement programs.
- Implement leadership development initiatives to prepare high-potential employees for future roles.
- Design scalable training solutions to address talent gaps and align with business objectives.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work with department heads to develop comprehensive workforce plans.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment and training progress to senior management.
- Employee Engagement:
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
Candidate Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is an added advantage.
- Experience:
- 5–7 years in Talent Acquisition and Employee Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in high-volume recruitment and designing training programs.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, training methodologies, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on timeliness and results.
