Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Lead and manage recruitment strategies to meet current and future workforce needs.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners like universities and recruitment agencies to enhance the talent pipeline.
    • Use technology and data analytics to optimize recruitment processes.
  2. Competency Development:
    • Oversee the development and execution of training and employee engagement programs.
    • Implement leadership development initiatives to prepare high-potential employees for future roles.
    • Design scalable training solutions to address talent gaps and align with business objectives.
  3. Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Work with department heads to develop comprehensive workforce plans.
    • Prepare and present reports on recruitment and training progress to senior management.
  4. Employee Engagement:
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is an added advantage.
  • Experience:
    • 5–7 years in Talent Acquisition and Employee Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record in high-volume recruitment and designing training programs.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, training methodologies, and HR best practices.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive mindset with a focus on timeliness and results.
