Position: Office Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
– Support daily office operations such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail, as well as courier services.
– Maintain and monitor the office supplies inventory to ensure availability.
– Assist in organizing meetings and other events for the team.
– Ensure the office premises are clean and well-organized.
– Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
– Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
– A minimum of GCE O/L qualifications.
– Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
– Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative tasks.
– Proficiency in Sinhala communication.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
