Junior Executive (Experienced Bankers)

Requirements:
- Age: Below 27 years.
Required Qualifications:
Candidates should meet one of the following criteria:
- GCE Advanced Level (A/L):
- Minimum of three (03) simple passes in the main subjects (excluding General English) at a single sitting.
- OR Edexcel or Cambridge A/L examination with at least three (03) “D” passes in one sitting.
- GCE Ordinary Level (O/L):
- Five (05) credit passes, including Mathematics, in the first sitting, with a credit pass for English in the first or subsequent sitting.
- OR Edexcel or Cambridge O/L examination with at least five (05) “C” passes, including Mathematics, and a “C” pass in English within two sittings.
- Higher Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institute.
- OR Diploma in Applied Banking and Finance (DABF – IBSL, Old Syllabus) or Higher Diploma in Banking and Finance (HDBF – IBSL, New Syllabus).
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of two (02) years of branch banking experience at a Licensed Commercial Bank (local or international).
- OR a minimum of three (03) years of employment as a permanent staff member at a Licensed Financial Institution.
Job Competencies and Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in IT applications.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
