Position: Human Resources Intern

As a Human Resources Intern, you will play a key role in supporting payroll processes, enhancing employee engagement, and managing employee relations activities for the Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll processes by providing accurate and timely information.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth input collection.
- Handle employee inquiries related to benefits and resolve them efficiently.
- Support and actively participate in company events.
- Prepare, review, and distribute Human Resources documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management from a recognized university or institution.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in English communication is essential.
