Position: Human Resources Intern

As a Human Resources Intern, you will play a key role in supporting payroll processes, enhancing employee engagement, and managing employee relations activities for the Strategic Business Unit (SBU).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with payroll processes by providing accurate and timely information.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth input collection.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to benefits and resolve them efficiently.
  • Support and actively participate in company events.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute Human Resources documentation as required.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management from a recognized university or institution.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in English communication is essential.
