Job Vacancy: Deputy Manager – Student Enrollment & Promotions at CA Sri Lanka

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka), a leading professional body in the accounting sector, is seeking a Deputy Manager – Student Enrollment & Promotions to join their dynamic team. With over 65 years of excellence, CA Sri Lanka plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of the accounting profession both locally and internationally.

As part of a community of over 9,000 members and 30,000 students, CA Sri Lanka is committed to nurturing the next generation of Chartered Accountants. We are looking for a highly skilled, driven, and creative professional to help further this mission and support the recruitment and promotion of students into the CA Sri Lanka program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision: Implement innovative recruitment strategies aligned with CA Sri Lanka’s values and goals.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with schools, universities, learning institutions, and other organizations.
• Team Leadership: Lead a recruitment team and foster a goal-oriented environment to meet recruitment objectives.
• Effective Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote CA Sri Lanka’s unique offerings to prospective students.
• Innovation & Analysis: Use advanced techniques and data analysis to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree or professional qualification in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent IT and communication skills, with a focus on building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and leadership abilities.
• Previous experience in the education sector is a plus.
• Age below 35 years, with a passion for education and achieving recruitment targets.
