We are seeking energetic, motivated, and results-driven individuals for the role of Data Entry Operator based in Piliyandala.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily updates on internal systems within the assigned timeframes.
- Ensure timely updates and sorting of Proof of Delivery (POD) records.
- Identify and address billing discrepancies, maintain billing accuracy, and communicate with relevant parties.
- Coordinate with customers and internal/external teams to maintain organized records.
- Support invoice generation and ensure package scanning and traceability.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 passes at the GCE Advanced Level.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala communication.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience in a courier or last-mile delivery company will be an advantage.
