- Schedule and coordinate regular Management Team meetings, including follow-ups on action points.
- Track daily tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in databases and records.
Candidate Profile
- Completion of G.C.E. Advanced Levels.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to foster effective collaboration across teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience in creating and maintaining office management systems and procedures.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workloads efficiently.
