Senior Manager/Manager – Business Excellence and Projects
Job Profile
This role focuses on achieving organizational growth, driving transformation, and enhancing efficiency through the use of advanced tools such as BI, AI, and MIS. You will oversee strategic initiatives, ensure business goals are met, and collaborate with the Managing Director (MD) and multidisciplinary teams to identify and execute growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver actionable business insights to the MD and senior leadership using BI, AI, and MIS tools to guide strategic decisions.
- Lead special projects across the hospital and laboratory network, with a focus on enhancing customer experiences, capacity growth, risk management, and business expansion.
- Develop business cases for new market entry, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, with professional qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA.
- An MBA is a distinct advantage.
- 8–10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role involving finance, business transformation, or business analytics.
- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging MIS for data-driven decision-making.
- Direct or indirect exposure to the healthcare industry, with 3–4 years in a managerial capacity being an added advantage.
- Strategic mindset with a customer-oriented approach and excellent networking skills.
- Proven experience in driving impactful business transformation projects.
