Management Trainee – Business Development

Role Overview
As a Management Trainee in Business Development, you will gain practical experience in sales and marketing while contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll play an active role in executing business strategies, conducting fieldwork, and fostering client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Engage in fieldwork to interact with clients and partners as required.
- Assist in planning and implementing sales and marketing initiatives.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for management review.
- Handle negotiations with professionalism and tact.
- Support the General Manager in achieving business development goals.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum qualification of HND in Sales or Marketing; a Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Professional demeanor and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays (with compensation as per government regulations).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
