Key Responsibilities
- Assist in operations, project coordination, and process improvement across departments.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to analyze and optimize workflows for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of company systems, including the ODOO ERP system, to enhance productivity.
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making through research, reporting, and analysis.
- Participate in strategic discussions, offering fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
Candidate Profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and contributing to team success.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
