Key Responsibilities:

✔ Identify training needs across departments and design tailored programs
✔ Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and resource management
✔ Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
✔ Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements
✔ Collaborate with department heads to align training with organizational goals

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Diploma or certification in Marketing, Training & Development, HR, or related field
✔ 1-3 years of experience in training coordination, HR, or similar roles (healthcare experience preferred)
✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔ Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
✔ Age 24–35 years; female candidates are encouraged to apply
