Job Title: Team Lead – Inquiries

📍 Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
🏢 Industry: Maritime / Shipping / Logistics

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead the quotations and customer service team.
✔ Manage full quotation lifecycle using ERP systems.
✔ Ensure competitive pricing and accurate cost analysis.
✔ Collaborate with Port Agency teams for smooth vessel operations.
✔ Resolve client issues and strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ 5+ years in shipping industry operations (mandatory).
✅ Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business (preferred).
✅ Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Expertise in ERP, CRM tools, and MS Office.
✅ Knowledge of vessel operations & marine logistics.
📍 Must be based in or near Colombo.
