Huawei is looking for a Solution Manager specializing in Data Communication & Optical Communication for a presales role. This position requires technical expertise, customer engagement, and strategic insight to drive ICT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Solution Design & Leadership: Develop high-level solutions for data & optical communication technologies ensuring competitiveness.
🔹 Customer Engagement: Build relationships with enterprise and government clients, advising on network construction strategies.
🔹 Market Insight & Strategy: Analyze industry trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal technical teams to align solutions with business objectives.
🔹 Public Speaking & Presentations: Present solutions to CXOs, government representatives, and industry professionals at events and exhibitions.
🔹 Project Leadership: Oversee solution design and delivery, ensuring customer expectations and deadlines are met.
Candidate Profile
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
✅ Experience: Minimum 5 years in the ICT sector, specializing in Data & Optical Communication solutions.
✅ Certifications: Vendor certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
✅ Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ICT system architecture, communication technologies, and solution design.
✅ Customer-Focused: Ability to guide technology selection based on business needs.
✅ Industry Knowledge: Understanding of telecom & ICT market trends, customer pain points, and competitors.
✅ Presentation Skills: Ability to present complex solutions to key stakeholders.
✅ Leadership & Collaboration: Experience in leading project teams and working with cross-functional teams.
