Job Role: Senior HR Manager/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HR operations for Sri Lanka’s largest cinema.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

• Foster a positive work culture in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

• Manage recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws.

• Oversee performance management, training, and career development.

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM or Master’s in HR/Business Administration.

• 8–12 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in leadership.

• Passion for the entertainment/hospitality industry.

• Age: 25–45 years (preferred).

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
