Senior Manager/Manager – Digital Savings & Investment Products

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design and launch next-gen digital savings/investment products
✔ Develop fintech partnerships and alternative payment solutions
✔ Analyze market trends to optimize product performance
✔ Lead customer segmentation using data analytics
✔ Ensure regulatory compliance across all digital products
✔ Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing and tech teams

Qualifications & Experience

✅ 5+ years in liability products/digital banking/fintech
✅ Experience in product lifecycle management
✅ Background in cards/alternative payment methods (preferred)
✅ Bachelor’s in Marketing/Banking/Finance (Professional qualifications preferred)
✅ Advanced Excel & data analysis skills
✅ ATL/BTL campaign experience
✅ Strong stakeholder management abilities
