1. Senior Manager-IT Governance (Grade II)

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Employment Type: Permanent (1-year probation)

Eligibility:

• Education: Bachelor’s in IT/Business (UGC-recognized). Advanced certifications (CISA/CISM/CCBIT) preferred.

• Experience: 5+ years in IT governance/risk management (banking/financial sector), including 3 years in senior management.

• Age Limit: Below 45 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop IT governance frameworks aligned with banking regulations.

• Lead audits, cybersecurity compliance, and risk assessments.

• Train staff on governance standards (ISO, COBIT).

Salary:

• Initial: ~Rs. 297,140/month (Gross).

• Scale: Rs. 123,230 – 225,320 + allowances.

2. Executive Dealer – Treasury (Grade III)

Roles: Fixed Income Securities / Foreign Exchange

Eligibility:

• Education: GCE A/L (3 passes) + ACI/Central Bank certification (Treasury/Foreign Exchange). Degree preferred.

• Experience: 10+ years in bank dealing rooms.

• Age Limit: Below 35 years.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in capital markets, forex, and regulatory compliance.

• Analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.

Salary:

• Initial: ~Rs. 246,087/month + dealer allowances.

• Scale: Rs. 124,125 – 138,132.

3. Liaison Officer (Contract Basis)

Duration: 1-year contract

Eligibility:

• Experience: Ex-Superintendent of Police (3+ years) + 6 years in investigations (CID/Fraud Bureau).

• Age Limit: Below 45 years.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with law enforcement, assist in prosecutions, and handle legal summons.
