Senior Executive – Chemical Sales Opportunity at Richardson Projects

Richardson Projects (Pvt) Ltd is a leading Sri Lankan company specializing in electrical switchgear solutions, lightning protection, and M&E services for over 20 years. Part of the Richardson Group (established in 1962), we operate across manufacturing, retail, renewable energy, and power distribution sectors.
We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive growth in our chemical division.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage end-to-end chemical sales (order processing, delivery, invoicing).
✔ Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead.
✔ Develop new business opportunities in the chemical industry.
✔ Build long-term client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
✔ Conduct market research to align products with customer needs.
✔ Promote chemical products and negotiate contracts to meet targets.
✔ Provide after-sales support and resolve client queries.
✔ Travel for client meetings (motorbike riding is a plus).
Qualifications & Experience:
✅ 3–5 years of sales experience (chemical industry preferred).
✅ A/L in Chemistry (technical knowledge is an advantage).
✅ Proven sales & negotiation skills.
✅ Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
✅ Ability to work independently and in teams.
✅ Willingness to learn chemical testing/technical services.
