Key Responsibilities:

✔ Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring process for all positions
✔ Employee Relations: Maintain positive work environment and welfare facilities
✔ HR Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reports for management
✔ Workforce Planning: Manage absenteeism, leave, and staffing needs
✔ Training & Development: Implement programs aligned with company goals
✔ Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
✔ Site Visits: Travel to other company locations as required
✔ H&S Oversight: Manage health, safety and administrative functions

Qualifications & Experience:

✅ Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in HR, Business Management or related field
✅ 5+ years HR experience (2-3 years in similar role)
✅ Strong knowledge of HR processes and Sri Lankan labor law
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Willingness to travel to different locations
