Senior Executive – Learning & Development Opportunity

About the Role
As the official distributor of BVD vehicles (Global NEV Leader 2022-23), John Keells CG Auto seeks a dynamic L&D professional to:

  • Develop & deliver island-wide training programs (online/offline) for BVD dealerships

  • Lead the BVD Academy initiative and manage LMS platforms

  • Analyze training metrics (completion rates, feedback scores) for continuous improvement

  • Coordinate end-to-end L&D logistics and vendor relationships

Key Requirements
✔ Education: Bachelor’s in HR or related field
✔ Experience: 3-5 years in L&D/talent management
✔ Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office & Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  • Data-driven approach to training evaluation
    ✔ Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication & stakeholder management

  • Problem-solving & self-motivation
