Dialog, a leader in fintech and digital services, is seeking a talented Senior Executive – Digital Channel Adoption & CLM, Marketing (Genie) to drive customer engagement and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM): Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (SMS, email, push notifications, in-app) using behavioral segmentation and analytics.

• Digital Adoption Strategies: Increase user activation and engagement by optimizing Genie’s digital features.

• Churn Prevention & Retention: Develop targeted campaigns using predictive analytics to enhance customer loyalty.

• Cross-Sell & Upsell Journeys: Leverage data insights to improve customer lifetime value.

• Campaign Optimization: Manage end-to-end campaign execution with advanced tools and dashboards.

• Collaboration: Work with product, data, and UK teams to refine user journeys and test value propositions.

• Performance Analysis: Conduct post-campaign reviews to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

• Continuous Improvement: Align CLM programs with business objectives and industry benchmarks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 4–6 years in digital marketing, lifecycle management, or campaign automation (fintech, banking, or e-commerce preferred).

• Education: Degree in Marketing, Management, Statistics, or Finance from a recognized institution.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making.

  • Proficiency in campaign management tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • SQL knowledge is a plus.

• Mindset: Innovative, agile, and passionate about learning from data.

• Communication: Excellent English verbal and written skills.

• Project Management: Ability to handle complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
