Key Requirements

Qualifications:

✔ GCE O/L passes (including Mathematics & English)
✔ GCE A/L passes
✔ 2+ years call center/contact center experience
✔ IT certification (advantageous)
✔ Age preferably below 27 years

Core Competencies:

  • Bilingual proficiency (Sinhala & English)

  • Tamil language skills (added advantage)

  • Exceptional communication & active listening

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work 24/7 shifts under pressure
