Qualifications:

• External Candidates: Degree recognized by UGC + 1 year experience OR Chartered Institute Intermediate Exam + 1 year experience.

• Internal Candidates: 5+ years service in Associate Officer/Technological Assistant roles.

• Age: 22–45 years (no limit for internal candidates).

• Salary: Rs. 178,600–122,970/month (JM 1-1 scale).

2. Management Assistant – Technical (MA 2-1) – 9 Posts

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 5 in IT Office Management (external candidates).

• Age: 18–45 years (no limit for internal candidates).

• Salary: Rs. 150,540–87,770/month (MA 2-1 scale).

• Recruitment: Written exam (Language, Aptitude, Subject Knowledge) + interview.

3. Management Assistant – Non-Technical (MA 1-1) – 15 Posts

Qualifications:

• External: GCE A/L with credits in Sinhala/Tamil, English, Math + 3 other subjects.

• Internal: GCE O/L (6 passes) + 5 years service in primary-level roles.

• Age: 18–45 years (no limit for internal candidates).

• Salary: Rs. 148,320–83,990/month (MA 1-1 scale).

• Recruitment: Written exam (Language, Aptitude, Computer Test) + interview.
