Sales Development Manager – Commercial & Industrial Channel

Chevron Lubricants Lanka PLC, Sri Lanka’s lubricant market leader and a subsidiary of Chevron Corporation (USA), seeks a dynamic professional to drive B2B sales growth in our Commercial & Industrial Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand direct sales in Power Generation, Transportation, Manufacturing & Engineering sectors

  • Manage key accounts while positioning Chevron as a premier lubrication solutions provider

  • Provide technical advisory services on industrial lubrication applications

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end customer solutions

  • Maintain and grow relationships with major private/public sector organizations

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering (or related field)

  • Proven B2B sales experience in industrial products/services

  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to advise on lubrication technologies

  • Excellent communication, negotiation & account management skills

  • Prior experience in value-chain collaboration (preferred)
