Your Role:
✔ Handle outbound recovery calls professionally
✔ Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and empathetically
✔ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
✔ Support collections and recovery functions
We’re Looking For:
✅ GCE A/L qualified candidates
✅ Under 30 years of age
✅ Multilingual skills (English + Sinhala/Tamil)
✅ MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel)
✅ Ability to work under pressure
📍 Colombo residents preferred
