About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Make outbound calls to healthcare providers/insurers for claims follow-up
✔ Resolve denied/underpaid claims and maintain accurate records
✔ Conduct pre/post-call analysis and documentation
✔ Improve cash flow and reduce Days in Accounts Receivable (AR)
✔ Identify process trends and contribute to efficiency improvements

Shift Details:

🌙 Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST (Work from Office)

Requirements:

✅ Freshers welcome (no prior experience required)
✅ Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
✅ Strong data entry & multitasking skills
✅ Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
✅ Willingness to work night shifts
