About the Role
As part of the Abans Group, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage our multi-business unit payroll operations with precision and compliance.

Key Requirements

✔ Education: Bachelor’s in HR or related field
✔ Experience: Minimum 3 years in payroll processing
✔ Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in HRIS & payroll software

  • Advanced MS Excel proficiency

  • Strong knowledge of EPF/ETF/PAYE tax compliance
    ✔ Soft Skills:

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • Problem-solving & analytical abilities

  • Fluency in English & Sinhala (advantage)

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Processing accurate monthly payroll for multiple business units

  • Ensuring 100% compliance with statutory requirements (EPF/ETF/tax)

  • Maintaining employee records and handling payroll queries

  • Conducting year-end reconciliations and audit support

  • Staying updated on labor laws and payroll best practices
