Pelwatte Dairy Industries Ltd., a pioneer in Sri Lanka’s dairy industry, is committed to 100% locally sourced milk and empowering local farmers since 2006. We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Development Manager to drive employee growth and organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Design and implement strategic L&D programs aligned with business goals.
✔ Conduct training needs assessments and develop leadership/succession plans.
✔ Facilitate workshops, seminars, and onboarding programs.
✔ Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback.
✔ Promote a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement.
✔ Collaborate with HR to support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
✅ 6+ years in Talent Development, with 2+ years in manufacturing (mandatory).
✅ Expertise in performance management frameworks (e.g., OKRs, 360° feedback).
✅ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and LMS/digital tools proficiency.
