We’re seeking an experienced Card Operations Professional to lead our payment card services division. This pivotal role offers the chance to shape Sri Lanka’s digital payment landscape through innovative card operations management.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design and optimize card operations policies & procedures
✔ Manage end-to-end card issuing & merchant acquiring operations
✔ Coordinate with Payment Card Associations on licensing and settlements
✔ Implement fraud control programs and risk mitigation strategies
✔ Drive process efficiencies to enhance customer experience
✔ Analyze industry trends and regulatory requirements
✔ Collaborate with technology teams on system enhancements

Qualifications & Experience

✅ 3-5 years in card operations (Banking/LFC sector)
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Economics (MBA preferred)
✅ Expertise in card issuing & merchant acquiring
✅ Strong analytical & decision-making skills
✅ Excellent communication & people management
✅ Project management experience (migrations/implementations)
