🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
✔ Familiarity with core engineering principles and practices
✔ Proficiency in engineering software & tools (e.g., CAD software, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Project)
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (Sinhala & English)
