Learning & Development Intern-Cinnamon Life Colombo

Your Role

As a Learning & Development Intern, you will:

• Assist in designing and developing training programs and initiatives.
• Create training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and guides.
• Coordinate training events, including scheduling and logistics.
• Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team.
• Monitor training effectiveness, gather feedback, and compile reports.

This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, allowing you to work alongside industry experts and make a meaningful contribution to the next generation of hospitality professionals.

What We’re Looking For

• A professional qualification or diploma from a recognized institute, preferably in hospitality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for learning.
